1. Must exhibit good moral character

2. Must have earned a bachelor's degree from an Accredited College or University or its equivalent

3. Must be sponsored by a financial member of the St. Paul / Minneapolis Alumni Chapter

4. Must have 3 letters of recommendations from financial members of Kappa Alpha Psi
